If you are a current client, please use the portal to manage your appointments and correspondence as needed.
If you have been a client of mine in the past, you may not be able to access your portal account if you are no longer an "active client" of mine. Please send me a message, and I will try to determine availability for an appointment for you.
If you have been referred by a provider or someone else, please have the referring source send me your information (252-917-1559.) I will be in contact with you as soon as I can.
If you are trying to self-refer, I am still unable to accept new clients. It is my hope that I will be able to accept new clients in the near future.
Thank you to everyone for being patient with me as I try to get everyone seen and contacted in a timely manner. I do work alone and often respond to messages after hours and through text.
